Credit that drifts
Each customer has a limit. The phone refuses a sale above it unless the rep collects the difference. Forced overruns appear in the anomalies.

Ghost visits

GPS tracking with no box
The Android app records the position during the route, uploads it in batches and keeps working without signal. On the map: where each rep is, today's track, shops served, missed and still to visit.
Tracking stops outside the hours the company sets. The rep always sees a 'route in progress' notification.

Questions
Do reps need a specific phone?+
Any Android 8 or newer phone. The app walks the rep through location permission and battery-saver exclusions (Xiaomi, Samsung, Oppo, Realme, Infinix…).
What if the network drops?+
The rep keeps working. Sales, collections and positions stay on the phone and go out when signal returns.
Can we import our existing customers?+
Yes, from an Excel file saved as CSV. Missing GPS positions are captured automatically at the first visit.
Are reps tracked outside work?+
No. Tracking only runs between the start and end of a route, within the hours you set.
Where is the data hosted?+
On a dedicated server with daily backups. Hosting in Algeria is available for companies that require it.
